This is the fresh, new harvest olive oil, cold pressed, from a variety of olives cultivated on the Ursini olive estate, in the heart of three natural parks and the enchanting Costa dei Trabocchi, in Abruzzo.
A fresh oil with an intense herbaceous scent, with hints of chicory and intense artichoke. On the palate it has a broad, powerful, long-lasting taste with well-defined bitter-spicy notes. Harmonious, fresh, sweet with a herby finish of basil and rosemary. Unfiltered, freshly pressed oil. Comes with a mix to prepare pasta ‘Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino all’Abruzzese’.
