This oil comes from Coratina olives cultivated on the DeCarlo family’s historic farm, Tenuta Torre di Mossa. Initial impression of sweetness, which develops into a pronounced, contained bitter, intense and persistent prickly taste. A lovely finishing olive oil, best enjoyed with warm crusty bread, in soups, pasta dishes, and on carpaccio.
