A thin, crispy slice of toast, studded with dried fruit, nuts and seeds, for goats’ milk cheeses.
A lovely alternative to the plainer cracker. Serve with delicate goats’ milk cheeses, such as the Perroche, Crottin de Chavignol, Valencay and Buche de Chevre.
