Hot Smoked Paprika

Smoked paprika from Spain is known for its aroma, flavour and beautiful colour. This paprika is of the Jeromin variety and has an intense hot, smokey flavour. The peppers are prepared according to age-old traditions, dried over a slow fire of oak in so-called ‘secaderos’, smokehouses erected in the fields.
