An exceptional hard cheese, made from pasteurised goat’s milk. The freshest of goat milk and the unique use of vegetable rennet give this cheese an extraordinary lightness and high digestibility. Matured for at least 3 months in Caseificio Busti’s Fauglia cellars. A strong, enveloping taste. Suitable for vegetarians.
