Turkey breast, simply roasted. No additives, no preservatives, only natural herbs, spices and salt are used. Slow roasted at a low temperature, resulting in a particularly soft, tasty and lean finished product. Genuinely artisanal, from Meggiolaro, the very same people behind our lovely Cotechino.
