Vegetables grown at 0Km, in the fields adjacent to Fratelli Bonci’s Laboratory in Montevarchi. The seasonal harvests are individually candied to then be assembled by hand and placed in syrup. Without the use of preservatives and colouring.
With its sweet and spicy notes, it is a wonderful addition to roast meats, as well as on cheese and charcuterie boards.
