Smoked Caponata

Quintosapore’s very own organic, freshly harvested zucchini, aubergines, peppers and onions, diced and roasted over an outdoor wood Ofyr cooking station, giving the vegetables a wonderful smoky flavour. Once done, the veg is dressed with Umbrian Leccino olives, capers and Quintosapore olive oil.

All produce used in the Quintosapore range is organically grown, pesticide free, on the Quintosapore farm in Umbria.
