Salame Nero Brado
A wonderful salame, made with wild black pigs’ meat of Valle d’Itria in Apulia, by Santoro who are masters of tradition, quality and simplicity in Puglia.
A perfect balance between lean and fat, lightly smoked, this salame is bursting with flavours. Beautiful on a board with other charcuterie, or simply served on its own or alongside a chunk of our Provolone del Monaco, for Aperitivo. Gluten and lactose free.
