Pancetta a Cubetti

Made from the belly part of carefully selected Italian pigs. Cut in cubes.

For lovers of Mediterranean flavours, a cured pancetta [unsmoked bacon] with the addition of Tuscan herbs, which give it a richness in aromas, very typical of the region. Its rich and varied aftertaste makes it the perfect addition to cooked dishes, over pizza, and in ragù. It crisps beautifully in just a couple of minutes under the grill without any added fats to add onto salads or in sandwiches.
