Porchetta al Forno
The epitome of Italian street food, this is one beautifully tasting porchetta, made from carefully selected Italian pigs.
Prepared according to the typical age-old Tuscan recipe, the pork is massaged by hand, stuffed with aromatic herbs, and then slow-roasted for hours. Perfectly full, intense flavours, with a luscious, melt-in-the-mouth texture. Eaten at room temperature, as a stand-alone charcuterie, on a board, or in a sandwich. Beautiful also slightly warmed up.
