A soft, creamy cheese, made with pasteurised Bruna Alpina cow’s milk, on Tino Paiolo’s farm in Piemonte, with much dedication and passion, without the use of any industrial processes, which translate into an exceptional gorgonzola. Sweet, with lactic sensations.
