A cured beef, made from carefully selected Italian cattle.

Very delicate in taste, well balanced flavours. Excellent served on a charcuterie board, as a stand-alone cured meat, or served with a chunk of parmigiano Reggiano as a starter or served with aperitivo drinks. Also ideal in a ciabatta, with rocket leaves, parmigiano shavings and a healthy drizzle of olive oil.
