A wonderful salame made from carefully selected Italian pigs, and only a hint of chilli, as is customary in the Tuscan area not to overpower charcuterie with herbs and spices.

Unique flavours, from century-old Tuscan recipe, produced today in the same age-old methods. In a mini salame version, ideal as part of a gift hamper, on a charcuterie board, or to cut up freely as a snack with lingue crackers.

Always bring charcuterie to room temperature before serving. In standard temperatures, an hour out of the fridge prior to serving, is ideal.
