A soft ricotta cheese, made with the whey remaining after the production of Borgoluce buffalo mozzarella. This fresh ricotta is made in the Treviso area by Borgoluce, a 1200-hectare estate of pastures, woodlands, farms, arable fields, vineyards, orchards, canals, mills and dairies. The milk is obtained exclusively from the buffalos on the farm, and the milk is processed in the dairy next to the buffalo’s barn.
Sweet, delicate, well balanced in salt, with intense lactic notes due to the use of self-made lactic starter, making this a unique ricotta.
