Cured in special containers, and flavoured with a mix of fragrant Mediterranean herbs and spices. Soft, full flavours, this is a true Tuscan delicacy. Ideal for seasoning roasts, and for cooking with. It is also enjoyed thinly sliced, raw, on toasted crusty bread, finished off with a grating of orange zest.
