The siblings at Quintosapore harvest their organic green tomatoes from the orto at the end of October. They then sliced them by hand, brine and store them sott’olio, in their own Quintosapore extra virgin olive oil.
Distinctive crunchy texture, also the perfect accompaniment to cheese.
All produce used in the Quintosapore range is organically grown, pesticide free, on the Quintosapore farm in Umbria.
