A soft cheese, made with unpasteurised sheep’s milk, by the Dombre family at Les Cabasses in Aveyron, Midi-Pyrenees. The land on which the Dombre sheep feed is rich in floral growth, allowing an abundance of flavour to translate through to the cheese.
