A great Italian Canestrato cheese, made with unpasteurised sheep and goat’s milk. A perfect cheeseboard cheese with full, buttery, strong and herbal flavours and a long, earthy aftertaste. Enjoy with dried figs. Beautiful shaved over pasta with cherry tomatoes, Mediterranean herbs and olive oil.
