Bûche de Chèvre
A log-shaped, soft-ripened cheese, made with pasteurised goat’s milk. Soft, chalky texture, with an edible bloomy rind. Bold taste of French goat cheese underlined by sweet notes of caramel. Equally beautiful when served warm on salads.
