Gruyere AOP Alpage
An AOP Gruyere Alpage, made with unpasteurised cow’s milk in the wonderful summer months, and matured for not less than 18 months. Smooth texture, with a bold, sweet and slightly salty flavour. Melts beautifully, but equally gorgeous on a cheeseboard.
