Tomme de Chambrouze
A soft cheese, made with unpasteurised goat’s milk. A beautiful fluffy-mouth-feel, with classic lactic cheese acidity and a mineral quality. As summer progresses, the texture becomes richer, buttery, while the flavours develop a clean, fresh, milky sweetness.
