Pecorino Il Pepe Nero
An age-old combination that remains valid and a sure winner to this day: pecorino and black peppercorns. Blended within the lovely white and compact mixture, in order to transfer all the aromas of the peppercorns to the cheese during the ripening process. A wonderful pecorino, intense and appetising in taste.
