Pancetta agl’Aromi
Made from the belly part of carefully selected Italian pigs.
For lovers of Mediterranean flavours, a cured pancetta [unsmoked bacon] with the addition of Tuscan herbs, which give it a richness in aromas, very typical of the region. Its rich and varied aftertaste makes it the perfect addition to cooked dishes and ragù. It crisps beautifully in just a couple of minutes under the grill without any added fats to add onto salads or in sandwiches.
