A wonderful, 100% natural, cured pancetta [bacon] made with Teruel DOP pork belly. For five generations, over a century of priceless experience, with rigorous and passionate dedication, the Pastor family has reared and naturally fed their own Duroc pigs, and processed their own hams, chorizo and cured meats.
