Morlacco La Rocca
A fresh, soft cheese, made with unpasteurised cow’s milk. Milky, buttery taste with hints of lemon and grass, with a wonderfully fresh aftertaste. Best eaten at cool temperature, not too cold, it is wonderful mixed in a leafy salad with good quality olive oil and La Nicchia di Pantelleria oregano.
