Finca Los Bellotos is located in the western part of a volcano called Cerro Verde in El Salvador, taking its name from the famous, gorgeous and endangered Belloto trees that surround the farm, creating a perfectly dense canopy of shade for the coffee grown here.
Ruperto Bernardino Merche is the farm manager for the Pacas family here. He strongly believes in the goodness of humans, creating a team of hard-working, spiritual souls who make great efforts to produce amazing coffees.
One of the most beautiful, well-kept farms under the Le Piantagioni del Caffé umbrella. Also where the famous Bernardina varietal was discovered.
