Keen’s Cheddar
A hearty, full-flavoured, traditional British cheddar, made with unpasteurised cow’s milk and clothbound with lard. A dense and rich, creamy texture, with layers of flavour that vary from savoury, juicy and bright, to a very pleasing acidic finish.
