A rounded flavour, the Pink Label Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is especially indicated as a condiment for meat, fish and vegetables. Adding a few drops to sauces at the end of cooking time, gives dishes a special tang. Medium density.
Also used as an accompaniment to Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
