Cotechino Meggiolaro
An extraordinary Cotechino, like no other, produced exclusively with superior quality Italian pork, a touch of salt and pepper, and nothing else. No artificial additives or flavourings. It is then packed in a natural casing and undergoes a very slow process of double cooking at low temperature. The result is superb, a melt-in-the-mouth texture. Very genuine product.
