Brie de Meaux Dongé
A soft bloomy rind cheese, made with unpasteurised cow’s milk. An AOC cheese, named after the town of Meaux in the region of Brie. Rich taste, underlined by sweet, buttery flavours of mushrooms and almonds. Pairs perfectly with champagne or a red Bordeaux or Bourgogne.
