Truffle Gloucester Cheese

A natural rind farmhouse single Gloucester cheese, made with organic pasteurised cow’s milk.

Made using organic milk solely from the herd of cows on Simon Weaver’s farm. The cheese is beautifully firm and crumbly in texture, with a striking line of minced black summer truffles running through the middle, allowing both cheese and truffle to express their natural complexities, without overpowering each other. An award winner.

England, Gloucestershire.

Caring for your Cheese

Keep cut cheeses wrapped in wax paper. Do not use cling film as this makes the cheese sweat.
Store cheese in the warmest part of your fridge. The salad drawer is quite ideal.
Artisanal cheese and mould are natural companions. Simply trim the surface mould before serving.
Always bring cheese to room temperature before serving. In standard temperatures, an hour out of the fridge prior to serving, is ideal.
