Artisanal, fresh panettone with an almond glaze. Produced in Tuscany, just outside Siena, in a purely traditional way using ‘pasta madre’ [the sourdough method, without yeast, slow-leavened simply using stone-milled flour and water], prime quality ingredients, organic Tuscan honey, raisins, and candied citrus peel, this panettone is beautifully light in texture, delicious in taste, and 100% natural.
Stone milled flour type "0", water, Italian butter, cane sugar, egg yolk, raisins, candied orange [orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup], mother sourdough [wheat flour type "0", water], candied citron [whole candied citron peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup], organic Tuscan honey, salt, vanilla bean. For the glaze: corn starch, cane sugar, durum wheat flour, hazelnut, almond.
Wheat, egg, butter, hazelnut, almond. May contain traces of milk, peanuts, fruit with shells, sesame and soy.
Store in a cool, dry place. In an airtight container once opened.
