Artisanal, fresh, traditional pandoro. Produced in Tuscany, just outside Siena, in a purely traditional way using ‘pasta madre’ [mother sourdough], slow leavened using stone-milled flour, prime quality ingredients and organic Tuscan honey, this pandoro is beautifully light in texture, delicious in taste, and 100% natural.
Stone milled flour type "0", water, butter, sugar, whole eggs, mother sourdough [wheat flour type "0", water], egg yolk, organic Tuscan honey, barley malt, brewer's yeast, vanilla bean. For the covering: icing sugar, cocoa butter, rum.
Wheat, egg, butter, hazelnut, almond. May contain traces of milk, peanuts, fruit with shells, sesame and soy.
Store in a cool, dry place. In an airtight container once opened.
