Artisanal and certified organic, fresh panettone. Produced in Tuscany, just outside Siena, in a purely traditional way using ‘pasta madre’ [the sourdough method, without yeast, slow leavened simply using organic stone-milled flour and water], prime quality ingredients, organic Tuscan honey, raisins, and candied citrus peel, this panettone is beautifully light in texture, delicious in taste, and 100% natural.
Stone milled flour type "0", water, Italian butter, cane sugar, egg yolk, raisins, candied orange [orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup], mother sourdough [wheat flour type "0", water], candied citron [whole candied citron peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup], orange paste [orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup], Tuscan honey, salt, vanilla bean. All organic.
Wheat, egg, butter. May contain traces of milk, peanuts, fruit with shells, sesame and soy.
Store in a cool, dry place. In an airtight container once opened.
