Quintosapore’s very own organic aubergines, smoked, hand peeled and finely chopped into ‘caviar’. The aubergine is then dressed with garlic, parsely, lime juice, jalapeno chillies and Quintosapore extra virgin, organic olive oil.
Use with and over everything. Delicious!
All produce used in the Quintosapore range is organically grown, pesticide free, on the Quintosapore farm in Umbria.
