Schlossberger
A rich, hard cheese, made with unpasteurised cow’s milk. Produced by a family run dairy, with milk supplied by grass-fed simmentaler cows, and where all the process is done by hand. Moderately salty, buttery flavours, with a hint of hazelnut.
Switzerland, Steinen, Emmental.
