Raclette with Port Wine and Pepper
Semi soft cheese, made with unpasteurised cow’s milk. Produced by a family run dairy, with milk supplied by grass-fed cows, and where all the process is done by hand. Rich, smooth and creamy flavours, with port wine and pepper.
