Mortadella di Bologna Pres. Slow Food
This is no ordinary mortadella. It is made by Bonfatti, one of only two producers of the Mortadella Classica under the Slow Food Presidium. A fully handmade product, made from carefully selected prime quality Italian pigs, bred in a traditional way.
Light and digestible, with a delicate taste, less overbearing fragrance, with beautiful, complex flavours. Free from gluten, ascorbic acid, dextrose, fruit sugar and polyphosphates.
