This 100% bellota Jamon is made from pigs of the Iberico breed, by Joselito, since 1868 makers of the best Jamon in the world.
The pigs are fed on acorns on the Extremadura pastures, then expertly cured in Salamanca for up to 36 months. An outstanding Jamon Iberico, with an excellent balance of the sweet and savoury, a nutty aroma, and a long, complex finish.
