A truly one-of-a-kind jam made in the Santomiele laboratory in Salerno, with Dottato figs, pears and lemon liqueur. Equally as beautiful served with cheeses as it is served in traditional ways.
Figs [cultivar dottato], pear, sugar, lemon, Limoncello liqueur [water, pure alcohol, sugar, lemon peel 32%V]. 75% fruit, 49% sugar.
May contain traces of nuts and milk.
