El Tambor 100% Arabica Roasted Coffee Beans
Victor Calderon bought the Finca el Tambor farm, in Guatemala, in 2001 and runs it using environmentally-friendly methods, such as using clay to fight coffee leaf rust. Well worth noting that El Tambor’s employees live on the farm and cultivate 10% of its land to produce their own vegetables.
This coffee shows of tropical and citrus fruit notes, a strong acidity is perfectly balanced by a honey-like sweetness. A wonderful coffee, best savoured in a simple espresso.
