Chilli Jam
Hot Calabrian chilli pepper given a sweet twist.
A wonderful accompaniment to cheeses. In cooking, add a teaspoonful to gravies, brush over pork roast during the last half hour of roasting, add to a chocolate cake mix for a spicy punch.
