Caught during the coastal fishing season, along the north coast of Spain, using traditional fishing methods. The Cantabrian white anchovies are hand-filleted one by one and marinated in white wine vinegar, garlic and parsley.
A refrigerated, fresh product.
Anchovy, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, white wine vinegar, sea salt, garlic, parsley.
Once opened, keep the anchovies refrigerated and submerged in olive oil, refilling if necessary. For full flavour, consume within 3 days.
