A soft, creamy cheese, made with pasteurised cow’s milk. This is a cheese that is made entirely by hand, in a historic dairy in the heart of Piedmont.
A traditional gorgonzola, with a washed rind, making it a wonderfully aromatic cheese, creamy and persistent in flavours.
