A semi-soft blue cheese, made with pasteurised cow’s milk, in the northern Veneto region of Italy, and affiné in Fior d’Arancio DOCG. Fior d’Arancio DOCG is a passito wine from the Euganean Hills, whose scent recalls that of the orange groves in bloom. For this cheese, affineur Sergio Moro has selected a blue cheese with a particular creaminess, so that the taste of the cheese and wine is exalted, long and persistent. Sweet, slightly salty, mitigated by the scent of the passito wine.
Italy, Veneto.

Caring for your Cheese | Keep cut cheeses wrapped in wax paper. Do not use cling film as this makes the cheese sweat. |
