A semi soft cheese, made with unpasteurised sheep’s milk, by the Dombre family, in Les Cabasses. Named after the couple’s three children, Elise, Lucie and Charles, joined the family business, Elutcha’s flavours vary from light and sweet, to richer and more succulent flavours. Either way, the complexity of its milk from Lacaune sheep shines through. A lovely cheese.
