Notes: a fresh Champagne that reveals all that the grapes and the terroir can give. Perfectly balanced in equal parts by the three main grape varieties with the addition of 4% Petit Meslier, Arbanne and Pinot Blanc. The grapes are harvested from over-40-year-old vines that benefit from cultivation methods that respect nature and are especially selected when perfectly ripe. With no added sugars at all, this is a fresh, lively and very satisfying Champagne.
