Taralli [baked pastry twists typical of Puglia], genuinely hand made in Ceglie Messapica, using Puglian wine, wheat and wholegrain Senatore Cappelli semolina.
With caciocavallo cheese & black pepper. Serve with drinks, at aperitivo time.
