Type 1 soft wheat flour from Puglia [51%], Apulian white wine [16%][sulphites], wholemeal durum wheat semolina by Senatore Capelli [12.7%], olive oil [9.5%], extra virgin olive oil [6.4%], water [3.2%], salt [1.3%], wild fennel seeds [1%], fresh yeast [0.06%].

Wheat [gluten], sulphites. May contain traces of nuts, sesame and cereals.

Storage

Store in a cool, DRY place, away from heat and direct sunlight. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
